The Beltman.net's hours of operation are from 10:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time). We are closed on all major Holidays.
Product Guarantee/Warranty
All Beltman products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR of purchase. This DOES NOT cover abuse on your part. If your product is received with a workmanship or material defect, please contact us by telephone or email and let us know the problem immediately.
Return Procedure
We issue refunds or exchanges only for products with defects in materials or workmanship. To return any Beltman product, please contact us first by telephone (919-387-1997). We will need your name, address, order number, and the reason the product is being returned.
