Hours of Operation
The Beltman.net's hours of operation are from 10:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time). We are closed on all major Holidays.

Product Guarantee/Warranty
All Beltman products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR of purchase. This DOES NOT cover abuse on your part. If your product is received with a workmanship or material defect, please contact us by telephone or email and let us know the problem immediately.

Return Procedure: CALL US FIRST!
We issue refunds only for products with defects in materials or workmanship. To return any Beltman product, you must contact us first by telephone (919-387-1997). We will need your name, address, order number, and the reason the product is being returned.

Order the Wrong Size Belt?
Is the belt you just received too short or long? Simply return it within 30 days from receipt with a $20 CASH restocking fee and exact instructions for its replacement, and we'll send you out a new belt. Again, this offer is good only for 30 days after receipt of your new belt. Any questions, call us at 1-919-387-1997.
